Did you celebrate with a wonderful pot of gumbo?
No, this year I made jambalaya, "N'orlans" Style BBQ shrimp, baby spinach salad with portabella mushrooms and strawberry vinaigrette, French bread and a King Cake.
Had 10 for dinner and not a bite left over :(
Mmmmmm! I'm practically drooling!
