Olathe police have investigated allegations that a 13-year-old boy inappropriately hugged a school faculty member, the department announced today.
The female faculty member reported the incident Nov. 11 at the Chisholm Trail Junior High School at 16700 W. 159th St., police said.
The boy was released to his parents, and police have forwarded the case to the Johnson County district attorney’s office for review on a possible charge. So far no charge has been filed, a spokesman said.

This is what it has come to, only it's usually the opposite being charged as we know. Visit any online sex offender database in your zip code and you'll find that 80% of people on that list were arresting for the most minor crime, such as looking at the teen girl neighbor while she sunbathed or patting a kid on the back turned into "he touched my wee-wee" in court. It's insane, and yet one more reason I never am alone with any kid EVER. The accusation alone is evidence enough for conviction. And given the nature of the 'crime,' you can never prove your innocence.
